I worked on simplifying how cookies were handled and surfaced, making the system more transparent and predictable. By clarifying states and improving control, users could better understand what was happening behind the scenes. This reduced errors and support dependency.

The redesign touched nearly every layer of the product experience. This included a redesigned visual system, updated colors and typography, improved layout consistency, refined interaction patterns, and a more unified voice and tone across the platform. The goal was to make VWO feel simpler, more modern, and easier to use at scale.
