Why this was done

This project explored the intersection of technology and agriculture in Japan. I studied how systems, automation, and design come together in a unique cultural context. The outcome was a visual and research-led piece that captured both the efficiency and beauty of these environments. It highlights my interest in systems beyond traditional software.

VWO’s interface had become cluttered and inconsistent over time, making it harder for users to navigate and trust the product. I led a visual and UX reskin grounded in modern SaaS patterns, simplifying layouts,

The redesign touched nearly every layer of the product experience. This included a redesigned visual system, updated colors and typography, improved layout consistency, refined interaction patterns, and a more unified voice and tone across the platform. The goal was to make VWO feel simpler, more modern, and easier to use at scale.
