Years of growth left VWO with inconsistent components, layouts, typography and interactions, affecting usability, accessibility, brand trust and delivery speed. A full rebuild wasn’t practical, so a scalable way to modernise the product was needed.
What was done
Helped create a unified visual system across VWO, covering typography, colour, spacing, components, layouts, interactions and voice. Teams could adopt it gradually, modernising existing screens without a full rebuild.

The redesign touched nearly every layer of the product experience. This included a redesigned visual system, updated colors and typography, improved layout consistency, refined interaction patterns, and a more unified voice and tone across the platform. The goal was to make VWO feel simpler, more modern, and easier to use at scale.
